The management of AS Tallink Grupp estimates that the result for the 2007/2008 financial year, which started in September 2007, will outperform the 2006/2007 financial year results. The development is probably not so fast in the first half of the financial year. Higher growth is expected for the second half of the financial year when the new booking system is fully active on all its functionalities, the changes will be made in the fleet and the synergies from the Silja integration will become more noticeable. The management estimates the net sales for the 2007/2008 financial year to reach EUR 815 million (EEK 12 752 million), EBITDA EUR 195 million (EEK 3 051 million) and the net profit for the financial year EUR 85 million (EEK 1 330 million).
