Swedish Quality Index: Swedbank has Sweden's most satisfied customers in life
and pension insurance

Swedbank has Sweden's most satisfied customers when it comes to life and pension
insurance. Customer satisfaction has increased significantly, and Swedbank has
now climbed to the top of the market, according to a survey by the Swedish
Quality Index published today.

“I am very pleased that customers regard us as the market's best provider of
life and pension insurance. It is clearly proof that our focus on the area has
been successful, and it spurs us in our continuing efforts to be a service
leader,” says Kjell Hedman, Executive Vice President and Head of Customer and
Product Offerings at Swedbank.

The Swedish Quality Index annually measures customer opinions of companies in
various industries. This year's survey on life and pension insurance was
conducted during the period September 29 to November 7 in the form of 2,000
telephone interviews.
