Press Conference
EQT, SäkI,  Melker  Schörling  AB and  Latour,  will  today,  Tuesday
November  13  at  11.00  (CET),  present  the  public  offer  to  the
shareholders of  Securitas Direct.  The  press conference  will  take
place in Kammarsalen at Berns (Berzelii Park, Stockholm) and will  be
held in Swedish. EQT will  be represented by Harry Klagsbrun,  Senior
Partner  at  EQT  Partners.  SäkI  will  be  represented  by  Fredrik
Palmstierna, CEO;  Melker Schörling  AB by  Ulrik Svensson,  CEO  and
Latour by Jan Svensson, CEO.

The presentation  material  will  be made  available  on  www.eqt.se,

before the start of the conference.
