The Board of Directors has commenced a process of recruiting a new CEO. The Board of Directors has appointed CFO Timo Salonen to act as an interim CEO as from November 14, 2007. Further, the Board of Directors has appointed Clay Dunn, Executive Vice President, Americas, as the Company's Chief Operating Officer (COO), to whom the Executive Vice Presidents of Europe Rigid, Flexibles, Films and Molded Fiber Europe and Asia-Oceania-Africa Regions will report to.
