JetBlue Shares Holiday Travel Preparedness Tips

NEW YORK, Nov. 15, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq:JBLU) today shares preparedness tips with customers traveling this holiday season, designed to make flying JetBlue for the holidays even easier.

"We love uniting friends and family, especially during the holiday season," said Dave Barger, CEO of JetBlue Airways. "Because this is a busy time of year, we would like to share our favorite travel tips, road-tested and customer-approved, in order to make your JetBlue Experience as enjoyable as ever."

JetBlue's Travel Tips: "In the Know"

  * Verify the status of your flight's departure online at
www.jetblue.com/flightstatus before leaving for the airport.
The site also provides real-time flight information, including
a map showing an approximate location of airborne flights,
for those tracking the arrival of their friends and family.

  * View travel advisories posted on www.jetblue.com for alerts
to any impact, such as inclement weather, to JetBlue's
operation. Advisories will also provide tools for
     customers to manage flights online.

  * Check out mobile.jetblue.com from any web-enabled cell
phone or PDA while on the road for real-time flight status.
Weather alerts will be available, too.

  * Remember that all liquids and gels (including snow globes
and other gifts) in your carry-on must comply with the
     Transportation Security Administration's 3-1-1 guidelines:
containers must be THREE ounces or less, must all fit in
ONE quart-sized clear plastic zip-top bag, and with only
ONE bag permitted per customer. Placing all liquids in your
checked luggage will make for a quicker security screening
process. More information is available at
     http://www.jetblue.com/help/311.html?intcmp=tsa311.

  * If traveling with holiday gifts, wait to wrap them until
you reach your final destination. If further screening
is necessary, the contents can be easily identified by
     security personnel.

  * Stay in touch with family and friends during your travel
by accessing free Wi-Fi at JFK's Terminal 6 and at Long
Beach Airport. Other airports served by JetBlue, including
Boston's Logan International Airport, Washington Dulles
     International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood
International Airport, offer wireless access as well.

JetBlue's Travel Tips: "Enjoy the Ride"

  * Manage your flights 24/7 using online tools available at
     https://www.jetblue.com/trueblue/ManageFlightsLogin.aspx.
These tools include viewing an itinerary, changing or
canceling a flight, retrieving a boarding pass and
assigning seats - everything to make sure you're ready for
     a great JetBlue Experience.

  * Check in for your flight at www.jetblue.com up to 24 hours
in advance - even if you're checking bags. Then proceed
directly to a JetBlue bag drop counter once at the airport.

  * For check in at the airport, use a kiosk. You can easily
retrieve your itinerary and print your boarding pass by
typing in your confirmation number, entering your specific
travel details, inserting a major credit card, or scanning
the barcode on your printed e-tinerary. If you're checking
bags, indicate the appropriate number and proceed to a bag
     drop counter.

  * Bring your own headphones for an even better sounding
onboard entertainment experience. JetBlue offers universal
headphone jacks at every seat, and customers enjoy the most
free live entertainment in the sky: 36 channels of DIRECTV(r)
programming and more than 100 channels of XM Satellite
Radio(r)(a). Don't worry - if you forget your headphones,
we'll give you a free pair, or you can opt to upgrade to
     a $1 headset.

  * Bring your appetite! JetBlue offers unlimited complimentary
snacks on every flight, including Terra Blues(r) Chips,
Doritos(r) Munchies Mix, Chocobillys(tm) chocolate chunk
cookies, All Nuts(tm) Jumbo Cashew Halves, Mamma Says(r)
Pistachio Biscotti, Mrs. GoodCookie(r) Jungle Crackers.
If you want a full meal, JetBlue's airports offer a great
variety of meals you can bring onboard.

  * Wait to place your coats and jackets in overhead bins
until all carry-on items have first been stowed. That way
there will be room for everyone's items and your coat will
     be on top.
