AS Aspi, a subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus , acquires a national road maintenance contract in Järva County

AS Eesti Ehitus' wholly-owned subsidiary AS Aspi has concluded a contract on
the maintenance of national roads in Järva County during the period 1 January
2008 to 31 December 2015. The roads are administered by the Road Administration
of the Northern Region and the project will be funded by the Estonian Road
Administration. 

The agreed cost of the first year's (1 January 2008 - 31 December 2008) 
maintenance amounts to 49,641,041 kroons (3,172,641 euros) including 18% VAT.
The cost of the following years' maintenance will be determined based on the
cost of ordinary maintenance delivered over the first year and the unit prices
of maintenance works, adjusted for changes in the construction price index as
published by the Statistical Office of Estonia.  Based on the prices for 2008,
the total cost of the contract amounts to 397,128,328 kroons (25,381,126 euros)
including VAT.
