Nykredit and Totalkredit
● issue covered bonds ("særligt dækkede obligationer" - "SDOs") for the
funding of mortgage loans
● open SDOs with up to 30-year interest-only periods
● raise the maximum LTV ratio for commercial properties from 60% to 70%
● carry out interest rate adjustment of an estimated DKK 88bn worth of SDOs
and DKK 9bn of mortgage bonds (ROs)
● issue junior covered bonds for the funding of supplementary security in
connection with mortgage lending.
