Securitas Direct's independent committee of the Board engages JPMorgan as financial advisor

Securitas Direct AB (publ) hereby announces that the independent
committee of the Board has engaged JPMorgan plc to act as its
financial advisor. JPMorgan will evaluate the bid by ESML
Intressenter AB as well as all the strategic options available to
Securitas Direct.

SEB Enskilda continues to act in their capacity as advisor to the
independent committee of the Board.
