At the ordinary election today of employees' representatives to the Board of RIAS A/S Lars Vollmers, sales representative, Gl. Hadsundvej 62, 8900 Randers was elected to the Board. As substitute for Lars Vollmers Jeannette Svenning, sales assistant, Bregnevej 35, 4000 Roskilde was elected. Teamleder Peter Ølgaard Hansen, Brordrupvej 2, 4621 Gadstrup was elected as board member. Bjørn Olsen, Teamleader, Sandvejen 13A, Vindinge, 4000 Roskilde was elected as substitute for Peter Ølgaard Hansen. Ole Linder, sales manager, Lysholm Allé 45, 4690 Haslev and Bob Danielsen, Warehouse assistant, Gadstrup Mosevej 7, 4621 Gadstrup, will leave the board as employees' representatives. Lars Vollmers, Gl. Hadsundvej 62, 8900 Randers and Peter Kruse, sales director, Granstuevej 22, 2840 Holte, will leave as substitute elected by the employees. The new Board members will enter the Board at the next Board meeting on 13 December 2007 and the new substitutes will as well enter their positions at the same time.
