Rezidor: 2 new Park Inn Hotels in Germany and Russia
The Rezidor Hotel Group announces 2 new Park Inn hotels: The Park Inn
Heppenheim, Germany (111 rooms) joined the portfolio on November 15, the Park
Inn Voronezh, Russia (134 rooms) will follow in January 2008. Between 2007 and
2009 Rezidor will open 20.000 new rooms in total.
The Park Inn Heppenheim is a re-branded property and features 111 modern guest
rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and 4 meetings rooms. Heppenheim is located in the
German region Hessen - just 30 kilometers away from Frankfurt Airport. With the
new property Rezidor is strengthening its position on the German mid market. The
group currently operates 15 Park Inn hotels across the country, and has another
3 under development - bringing the total number of rooms to more than 3.000.
The Park Inn Voronezh with 134 rooms will be the first internationally branded
hotel in Voronezh - a large city located in the South West of Russia near the
Ukrainian border. Further services of the property will be a restaurant, a bar,
a lounge, 6 conference rooms, and 5 board rooms. The opening is scheduled for
January 2008.
