Concerning removal of Mazeikiu Nafta AB securities from the

Decision of the VSE board (21-11-2007, Minutes No.35)

To remove the following securities from the Secondary List of the Vilnius Stock
Exchange on 22-11-2007: 
Mazeikiu Nafta ORS (LT0000115552  MNF1L)

Following the provisions of item 18.1.6 of the VSE Trading Rules (”The number
of the financial instruments holders is so small that the market will not be
able to function properly”). 

AB Mazeikiu Nafta current securities capitalization is equal to 
LTL 6,840,123,827.30 (EUR 1,981,036,799.67).
