Telelogic signs 655,000 Euro Agreement with Leading European Aerospace Defense
Manufacturer

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California - November 22, 2007 - Telelogic (Nordic
Exchange/MidCap/TLOG), today announced that it has signed a 5 year 655,000 Euro
license, maintenance and service agreement with a European aerospace defense
manufacturer.

The agreement extends the existing contract and will see the company deploy
Telelogic DOORS® for requirements analysis, definition and management and
Telelogic Tau® for standards-based Model Driven Development™ (MDD™) of complex
systems and software throughout their enterprise applications and to support the
Systems Modeling Language™ (SysML™) program's roll out across their engineering
departments.
