FCMC accepts for further evaluation AS „Protezēšanas un ortopēdijas centrs” final takeover bid

Financial and capital market commission on November 21, 2007 has accepted for
further investigation AS „Protezēšanas un ortopēdijas centrs” final takeover
bid by Ainars Baumanis. The price of one share in prospectus is set LVL 0.78. 
Shareholders may accept final takeover bid in 30 days since publication in
“Latvijas Vēstnesis”.  The bid is valid after FCMC approval.
