The conference will take place Nov. 26-29 at the Orange County Convention Center. Northrop Grumman will be located at booth 1724.
The company's exhibit will feature flight training and homeland security solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense and various government agencies.
The Engineering Flight Fixture for Evaluation of Coordinated Tactics training system for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye addresses order of magnitude changes in aircraft and systems operation, and harnesses innovative training technologies to assure cost-wise readiness. The demonstration consists of a commercial-off-the-shelf-based system that allows automated evaluation of pilot performance and pilot/sensor-operator coordination to accomplish aircraft intercept missions.
Flexible and easy-to-use, the Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) manages every aspect of a flight training program, from schedules, grade books and flight records to status updates and comprehensive reports. Northrop Grumman designed GTIMS to integrate flight and simulator training as well as computer-aided and classroom instruction; to schedule and manage all resources required for training; and to provide real-time situational awareness of training at all management levels.
Northrop Grumman's role on the Combat Air Force Distributed Mission Operations (CAF DMO) program includes systems management, interoperability and training federation management to help modernize training for the U.S. Air Force. In this role, the company provides a complete distributed interoperable Live Virtual Constructive global training solution for CAF DMO training systems.
