Ceremony to Highlight Signing of Memorandum Between TASE and NASDAQ

 What:
 Ms. Ester Levanon, CEO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), will
 preside over the closing bell in honor of the signing of a Memorandum
 of Understanding (MOU) to formalize the relationship between the TASE
 and NASDAQ. Under the agreement, NASDAQ and TASE will develop the
 channels of communication between the two markets and work to
 facilitate the stronger trading of company shares admitted on both
 markets.

 After more than 26 years of commitment to Israel, NASDAQ currently has
 70 Israeli companies listed on the exchange, with a combined global
 market cap of over US$60 billion.
