 The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ(r) (Nasdaq:NDAQ) will host its
 2nd Annual NASDAQ TASE Israeli Investor Conference in Association
 with CIBC World Markets in New York on November 27, 2007.
 Presentations will be made by the senior management of 13 companies.
 These presentations will be webcast live at

 NASDAQ currently has 70 Israeli companies listed on the exchange,
 with a combined global market cap of over US$60 billion.
