ATLANTA and TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- A new $42 million luxury apartment community is planned near Tampa's Westshore area. A joint venture including Pollack Partners and Mainsail Development Group plans to start construction next summer on the development.
The community will be in Southwest Tampa on Hillsborough Ave. off Veterans Highway, just west of Tampa Bay International Airport. The location is close to offices and the International Mall, and is just a short drive to downtown.
The gated community will have 320 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The focal point of the development will be a centrally located pond with a fountain. Other amenities will include a swimming pool and sun deck overlooking the pond, fitness room, and a clubhouse that features a large club room, TV/theater room and business center. The apartments will have 9-foot ceilings, tiled and carpeted floors, deluxe appliances, washer/dryer connections and individual heating and air conditioning units.
