City Service AB signed a liquidity provider agreement with Orion Securities UAB FMĮ

On 27 November 2007 City Service AB signed a a liquidity provider agreement
with Orion Securities UAB FMĮ. Orion Securities is planning to start a
liquidity provider activity from 3 December 2007. 

General Director of City Service AB Žilvinas Lapinskas stated: „The agreement
was made in favour of the participants of financial market“. 

City Service Group now consists of 20 facilities management companies operating
in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The Group serves 9.5 million square
meters of facilities. 

The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for the nine months of 2007
was LTL 125 million (EUR 36 million), an increase by 115 % over the total
revenue of LTL 58 million (EUR 17 million) for the nine months of 2006. EBITDA
for the nine months of 2007 was up by 68% and amounted to LTL 9.4 million (EUR
2.7 million).
