NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- U-Haul today announced the promotion of Greg Ruffing to president of U-Haul Company of Nashville. Ruffing brings more than 17 years of U-Haul experience to his new position, where he will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, including truck, trailer and storage rentals.

Ruffing joined the company in 1990 as a moving center general manager (GM). Within three years, he had risen to the position of executive assistant (EA) to the marketing company president. Within the next few years, Ruffing had been promoted to the marketing company senior manager, and also served as field relief manager, AFM and senior AFM. During this time, Ruffing's skills became an indispensable part to the U-Haul organization. Ruffing will use his talent, drive and knowledge to promote growth in the U-Haul Company of Nashville.
