METRO INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES ORGANISATIONAL CHANGES


Luxembourg 30 November 2007 - Chris Spalding, Chief Operating Officer
of the company has decided  to leave Metro International with  effect
at the end of the year.

Chris  Spalding   has  made   significant  contributions   to   Metro
International  during  his  tenure,   improving  and  extending   the
efficiency of Metro's global operations across four continents,  with
over 8 million copies delivered daily  to over 20 million readers  in
21 countries.
