We inform, that there were fulfilled all conditions of shares purchase-sale
agreements with UAB  “Sanitex” and UAB “Avestis”, according to which AB
“Hanner” acquired 100 perc. of UAB “Avesko”, company code 300145810,
registration address - Konstitucijos pr. 7, Vilnius, shares. UAB „Avesko“ holds
95,6 perc. of AB „Klaipėdos kartonas“, company code 1410 11268, registration
address - Nemuno g. 2, Klaipėda, shares.
