SYSOPENDIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2008


SYSOPENDIGIA Plc will disclose its financial statements for 2007 on Tuesday, 5
February 2008 at 9:30 a.m. 

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2008 as follows:
- Q1 Interim Report: Tuesday 29 April 2008 at 9.30 am
- Q2 Interim Report: Tuesday 5 August 2008 at 9.30 am
- Q3 Interim Report: Tuesday 28 October 2008 at 9.30 am

A press conference for analysts and media representatives will be held in
connection with the disclosure of financial statements for 2007 and each
interim report starting at 11 a.m. 


Annual General Meeting

SYSOPENDIGIA Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2008 on Tuesday, 11
March 2008, in Helsinki starting at 9:30 a.m.
