PRELIMINARY RESULTS OF THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2007 AND INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENT

During January - September of 2007 SC Klaipedos Nafta has received earnings in
the amount of LTL 60.6 mln. or EUR 17.6 mln. i.e. 6 % more if compared to the
earnings of the same period of 2006 (during January - September of 2006 the
amount of the earnings received was LTL 56.9 mln. or EUR 16.5 mln.). 
During the first nine months of 2007 the pre-tax unaudited profit makes LTL
10.3 mln. or EUR 2.98 mln.; if compared to the profit of the first nine months
of 2006 (LTL 14.7 mln. or EUR 4.3 mln.) the amount of the pre-tax unaudited
profit received is LTL 4.4 mln. or EUR 1.3 mln. less. 
Because of the price increase of energetic resources (gas, electricity) in the
year 2007, the operating expenses have considerably increased - this had a
direct impact on the results of the nine months' activities. 
During the above-mentioned period the amount of the loans repaid according to
the loan repayment schedule is LTL 11.6 mln. (EUR 3.4 mln.) and interests paid
is LTL 1.6 mln. (EUR 0.46).
