NCC Deutschland GmbH has sold a housing project in the Riedberg quarter outside
Frankfurt to Akelius GmbH, a subsidiary of the Swedish company Akelius. The
sales price was approximately SEK 286 million.

The project comprises 170 apartments in three residential buildings and 170
parking spaces in a parking garage. The total surface area amounts to 14,441
square meters and the plot comprises 9,600 square meters.

Construction will begin in autumn 2008 and the apartments are scheduled to be

The Riedberg quarter is a new, expansive area northwest of Frankfurt/Main, where
nearly 6,000 new residential units are planned. The area, located centrally in
the Rhine-Main region, has fast, efficient connections to Frankfurt and is
expected to become one of the most attractive residential areas in the region.

Order registration will take place in the second quarter of 2008.
