LBi acquires Satama Netherlands Digital Agency


LBI International AB ("LBi"), the leading international full service
digital agency network, today announces that it has acquired the
digital interactive business of Satama Netherlands ("Satama NL")
owned by Satama Interactive Oyj based in Helsinki. Satama NL
includes the subsidiaries known as Satama Flash Fabriek B.V., OER
B.V. and Satama
Design and Development B.V.

Satama NL is one of the leading digital agencies in The Netherlands
next to LBi's Lost Boys. Satama NL provides a host of interactive
marketing services including site design, advertising, media &
analytics and rich media design & production complementing the
service capabilities of LBi's Lost Boys.  Satama NL serves leading
multinational clients including KPN, Vodafone, UPC, SanDisk, ING,
Nationale Postcode Loterij, SKODA and Audi. LBi will continue
operating Satama NL separately from Lost Boys but will immediately
collaborate on new client developments.

Satama NL expects net revenue of approximately EUR 7 million for the
full year 2007 and is profitable. The agency has approximately 60
employees.

The total purchase price will be determined on an earn-out
arrangement. LBi expects this acquisition to be EBITDA and earnings
accretive with immediate effect.
