Reporting of management's and their related parties' transactions in
Maconomy-shares and linked securities.
Copenhagen, 5 December 2007. According to section 28a of the Danish Securities
Trading Act, Maconomy A/S must report information about management's and their
related parties' transactions in Maconomy-shares and linked securities.
On 4 December 2007, members of the Board of Directors Claus Stenbæk and Michael
Christiani Havemann have purchased 600,000 Maconomy-shares, securities ID code
DK0010274174, to a market price of DKK 12,300,000 through the jointly owned
company JIF ApS, CVR no. 31 07 67 49. Claus Stenbæk and Michael Christiani
Havemann each have an equity interest of 50 % in JIF ApS.
The transaction took place outside the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen.
