Changes in Aspiro's management group

Ole Jørgen Torvmark, who has been Head of Products and previously Head of
Community at Aspiro is now leaving the Aspiro management group. Mads Gåsemyr,
responsible for Aspiros Search Services and business development, is joining the
management group.

Mads Gåsemyr was recruited to Aspiro in February 2007 and has lead Aspiros
Search Services. Gåsemyr has long experience within the mobile industry and has
previously been CEO of Norways largest real estate photography company, c360.
Gåsemyr has an Msc in marketing and education within economics.
