New management for Continental Europe from 1 January 2008

Per Skårner (52) will assume the position of Executive Vice President
Operations (EVP) for Nobia's Continental Europe region on 1 January
2008. Per Skårner joins the company from the NFI Group in
Switzerland.

The current EVP Operations, Peter Petersson, will remain with the
Nobia Group until 1 April 2008 to introduce Per Skårner to his new
duties. After 12 years in Nobia's Group management team and a number
of leading positions in Nobia, Peter Peterson has chosen to leave the
Nobia Group at his own request.
