Election of company employee representatives for the Board of Directors of
Vestas Wind Systems A/S
The employees of Vestas Wind Systems A/S have held the ordinary election for
representation in the Board of Directors according to the current law on company
representation.
The following employees will join the Board of Directors of Vestas Wind Systems
A/S as company representatives immediately after the ordinary general meeting of
the company on 2 April 2008:
