IXONOS PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 11 DECEMBER 2007 

ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER SECURITIES MARKET ACT CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 CONCERNING CHANGE 
IN OWNERSHIP                                                                    

Tuomas Kohila has today notified Ixonos Plc under chapter 2 section 9 of the    
Finnish Securities Market Act that on December 3, 2007 his holding in the shares
and votes of Ixonos Plc exceeded more than one twentieth (1/20) as a result of a
share issue in which a total of 568,140 new shares in Ixonos Plc were directed  
for him to subscribe as the largest owner of Ixonos Ulkoistuspalvelut Oy        
(previously Cidercone Life-Cycle Solutions Oy) in order to pay the acquisition  
price for the share capital of Ixonos Ulkoistuspalvelut Oy.                     

Tuomas Kohila now holds a total of 568,140 shares in Ixonos Plc, i.e. 6.39% of  
the company's shares and votes.                                                 

Ixonos has one share series. The company's share capital is EUR 355,485.20, and 
the total number of shares is 8,887,130.
