Zodiak Television's new issue of convertibles fully subscribed

The last day for application to subscribe for convertibles was
December 7, 2007. The issue was approximately 91 percent subscribed,
which means that subscription by guarantors only occurred to a
limited extent.

A total of 6,360,292 convertibles, corresponding to a nominal amount
of SEK 171,727,884, were subscribed in the issue. In the event that
all convertibles would be converted to shares, the number of shares
in the company thereafter would amount to 31,801,460 , which would
correspond to a dilution of 20 percent.

The convertibles are expected to be traded on the OMX Nordic Exchange
Stockholm from and including December 28, 2007. Carnegie Investment
Bank is the liquidity guarantor (market maker) for Zodiak
Television's shares and convertibles.

The issue generates MSEK 171.7 to the company before deduction of
issue costs.

  * "We are happy to announce that the issue of convertibles
succeeded and that Zodiak now has a favorable capital structure,"
says Patrick Svensk, President and CEO of Zodiak. "To the extent
Zodiak does not pay any dividends, the convertible will be worth
more than the share since it pays an annual interest rate of 6
percent and has a built-in protection against a price decline in
the share and that it is convertible at any given time".

Convertible terms and conditions

The convertibles carry an annual interest rate of 6 percent from
January 1, 2008 until May 31, 2013. Interest is paid to the holder on
May 31 each year, the first time on May 31, 2008 and the last time on
May 31, 2013. The convertibles fall due for payment of the nominal
amount on May 31, 2013, if conversion to shares has not been
implemented prior to this date. Conversion to shares may be requested
up to and including March 31, 2013. The conversion price is SEK 27.
