Proposal from the Board of Directors
Today the Board of Directors of Dampskibsselskabet ”NORDEN” A/S discussed the
dividend for 2007 and decided to recommend to the ordinary general meeting on
23 April 2008 that the dividend for 2007 be DKK 35 per share corresponding to
approximately USD 307 million. In relation to the announced expected annual
result of USD 670-700 million, the proposed dividend will amount to
approximately 44-46%.
