Amendment to "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit, Capital Centre E, series 21E

In connection with the opening of new ISINs by Nykredit Realkredit A/S, "Final
terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S,
Capital Centre E, series 21E (floating-rate callable bonds, amortisation
dependent on payments on underlying loans)" have been amended. 

ISIN DK000976962-2 has been changed, and the other bonds specified in Appendix
1 have been added to the final terms. 

The prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital
Centre E, including the final bond terms, is available at nykredit.com/ir.
