CRAMO STRENGTHENS ITS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Cramo has appointed its deputy CEO, Göran Carlson as responsible Director for business development and strategic planning. The new function includes responsibility for the yearly strategic planning process, follow up on group strategic initiatives, researching and planning the future expansion areas as well as organisation planning. Göran Carlson will continue as deputy CEO and report to CEO Vesa Koivula. Parallel to the appointment is a change in the reporting structure whereby Magnus Rosén, Senior Vice President, Scandinavia, who has been reporting to Göran Carlson, will report directly to CEO Vesa Koivula. "The new organization allows for increased focus on business development and will speed up our expansion, especially in the markets in eastern and central Europe. In his new capacity Göran Carlson will devote most of his time managing the realization of the ambitious expansion targets set in our strategic plan" says Vesa Koivula in a comment. "Furthermore, the new organization will be more efficient in terms of developing synergies between all markets, as all Senior Vice presidents will be reporting directly to me. Magnus Rosén, who is responsible for the largest and in many respects most developed market area, Scandinavia, is obviously instrumental in achieving this."
