First North: Gymgrossisten Nordic AB to the observation segment (219/07)

Today, Friday December 14th, 2007, Modern Times Group MTG AB through the subsidiary CDON AB published a public offer to the shareholders in Gymgrossisten Nordic AB.

With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has therefore decided that the shares in Gymgrossisten Nordic AB (ISIN-code SE0001849167, order book ID 37418)
will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, December 17th, 2007.
