About the Author

In 1985, Pain and Stress Consultant Judy Leighton, based on some of her previous discoveries, designed a new stress-reduction methodology, and later a healing kit and CDs. Her method was soon recognized, and since 1987 with Dr. David Baron, psychiatrist, as consultant, Ms. Leighton began presenting her method at medical centers, and later public seminars. Dr. Baron is Professor and Chair, Department of Psychiatry at Temple University Medical School, Philadelphia. Ms. Leighton's method benefits people having chronic diseases, problems with will-to-live, physical and sex abuse, eating disorders, smoking, drug and alcohol abuse, and learning disabilities.
