Why Earning Minimum Wage is Worthless and Stressful -- New Book Will Help Readers Find Opportunities to Make More Money, to Economically Survive and to Achieve Happiness

PLANO, Ill., Dec. 14, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Life is too short to do things that you do not enjoy. All over the country, many people are working so hard and so long -- only to earn less money and struggle harder in making ends meet. Along the way, workers of each age group and region end up stressed out, underpaid and exhausted. Is there a way to fix this dragging economic problem? Find out by reading Minimum Wage S.U.X., a compelling new book about economics authored by Mike Kozlowski.

Minimum Wage S.U.X. begins with an in-depth look at the lives of people living by America's minimum wage. It explains that as time passes, the gap between the elite and the middle class is widening as the nation's economy continues to drag slowly, hampered by multiple financial problems (such as the credit crisis). Browsing through these pages, people who seek higher-paying jobs will discover many new opportunities to make more money and even become their own boss. From creating your own business to getting a new job with higher wages and finding bargain properties in real estate, this book offers readers an informative lecture on what to seek, what to do and how to survive financially in the long run. Adding credibility to its content is the author's own experience making millions in real estate as a landlord and having worked with tenants who fail to pay him rent due to problems like job-loss or unexpected bills.

Geared towards single parents seeking flexible work schedules, seniors seeking extra cash, students looking for weekend work, contractors looking for more jobs and landlord struggling with cash flow, Minimum Wage S.U.X. is ultimately an economic wake-up call that can help readers find opportunities to make money and survive in our ever-competitive society. About the Author

Mike Kozlowski is long-time investor in real estate. Without help from his family and friends, he made money on his own and became the first person of his county to buy a home valued over one million dollars. For over eighteen years, he has invested in all types of investment properties. The author managed over two-hundred-fifty rentals at one time and dealt with thousands of tenants. He owns rental properties and thousands of acres in Texas, Wyoming, South Dakota, Illinois and Hawaii.

Even though Kozlowski is successful, he also made some expensive mistakes over the years. He went bankrupt in 1995 before coming back to become a millionaire five years later. He had minimum wage jobs such as being a janitor and delivering groceries. Deep from the heart, Kozlowski knows what it is like to live paycheck-to-paycheck and be broke.
