Nykredit Realkredit A/S has issued bonds in pursuance of section 33 e of the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc.

Following the introduction of the new Danish covered bonds ("særligt dækkede
obligationer" - SDO) legislation, Nykredit will in future also issue Junior
Covered Bonds. The funds raised through such issues will form a natural part of
the cover pool behind the SDOs issued out of Capital Centre E. 

As the first Danish mortgage bank, Nykredit Realkredit A/S has today issued
Junior Covered Bonds out of Capital Centre E to a few institutional investors.
Nykredit Bank acted as sole bookrunner. 

DKK 5,000,000,000.00 has been issued under ISIN DK0009768145.

The bonds will be listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen.
