Employees working in Satair A/S, Satair USA Inc., Satair Middle East FZCO,
Satair Hardware SAS, Satair Hardware UK Ltd. and Satair Hardware USA Inc. who
met certain employment criteria were each offered the option to subscribe for
up to 50 shares of a nominal value of DKK 20 each in Satair A/S at a price of
DKK 25 for each share of DKK 20 during the period of 3 to 14 December 2007.
93% of the employees within the Satair Group exercised this offer to subscribe
for new shares. New shares of a total of DKK 399,700 nominal value were
subscribed for by the employees (equivalent to 19,985 shares of a nominal value
of DKK 20 each). Total proceeds amount to DKK 499,625.
Satair's share capital will be increased by a nominal amount of DKK 399,700 and
the company's share capital will subsequently amount to DKK 85,645,040 divided
into 4,282,252 shares of a nominal value of DKK 20 each. The share capital
increase is expected to be registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies
Agency on 18 December 2007, upon which the new shares will be issued.
An application for the admission to trading and official listing of the new
shares in the company's existing ISIN code has been filed with the OMX Nordic
Exchange Copenhagen. The first trading date for the new shares is expected to
be 20 December 2007.
