HEICO Corporation Increases Semi-Annual Cash Dividend 25 Percent; Sets Annual Meeting and Record Dates

Represents 59th Consecutive Semi-Annual Cash Dividend


MIAMI and HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Dec. 18, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A) (NYSE:HEI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $.05 per share payable on both classes of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on January 23, 2008 to shareholders of record as of January 9, 2008.

The cash dividend represents a 25% increase over the prior per share amount of $.04 and is HEICO's 59th consecutive semi-annual cash dividend since 1979.

Note: HEICO has two classes of common stock traded on the NYSE. Both classes, the Class A Common Stock (HEI.A) and the Common Stock (HEI), are virtually identical in all economic respects. The only difference between the share classes is the voting rights. The Class A Common Stock (HEI.A) receives 1/10 vote per share and the Common Stock (HEI) receives one vote per share. There are currently approximately 15.6 million shares of HEICO's Class A Common Stock (HEI.A) outstanding and 10.5 million shares of HEICO's Common Stock (HEI) outstanding.
