The public offer results of the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” ordinary bearer shares

The public offer of the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” ordinary bearer shares ended
on December 17th 2007, during which 2`240`000 ordinary bearer shares with
voting right were offered to the shareholders and investors. The nominal value
of the share was LVL 1(one lat). All emitted shares were subscribed and paid in
full. 
Hence, the stock capital of the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” was increased up to
LVL 12'149'246. 
The resolution about the ordinary shares emission was adopted at the JSC 
”Latvijas Krājbanka” extraordinary shareholders` meeting on October 15th 2007.
