Nykredit Bank A/S implemented a capital increase of DKK 500m in the form of share capital and DKK 500m in the form of subordinate loan capital as at 18 December 2007. The capital was contributed by Nykredit Realkredit A/S in both cases. The capital increase is intended to underpin the continued growth of Nykredit Bank.
