Within the meaning of Section 21 (1) of the WpHG, VIB Vermögen AG herewith
informs the issuer that its voting rights in BBI Bürgerliches Brauhaus
Immobilien Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the 30% and 50% thresholds on
December 14, 2007, and that these totaled 54.87% on this date (this
corresponds to voting rights from 2,853,378 shares from a total of
5,200,000 shares).
