Act (Junior Covered Bonds) 

Issuance of Junior Covered Bonds was opened out of Nykredit Realkredit A/S's
Capital Centre E on 14 December 2007.

In connection with the opening, Nykredit Realkredit A/S publishes prospectus for
bonds issued in pursuance of section 33 e of the Danish Mortgage-Credit Loans
and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act.
