Strengthening of consulting and sales in logistics and SMEs

Ismaning/Munich, December 19, 2007 – Leopold Stehr (46) will become a
member of management at the Plaut Consulting Group Germany as of January
2008. As Managing Director of Plaut Systems & Solutions GmbH and Plaut
Consulting GmbH, he will work from Plaut Germany’s headquarters in Ismaning
and will mainly be responsible for consulting and sales in the areas of
logistics and small and medium-sized enterprises. Leopold Stehr will
discharge this task in addition to his existing activity as part of
management of acctus Consulting GmbH (Vienna).

After graduating in engineering in 1981 in Vienna, Leopold Stehr worked in
sales in the field of industrial electronics and as head of production
planning and control at a glass processing company. Leopold Stehr expanded
his expertise in the logistics sector (production planning, materials
management and product cost accounting) from 1995 to 2004 as a consultant
with Plaut Austria GmbH. Since the spring of 2004 he has been a member of
management at acctus Consulting GmbH, being founded along with Johann
Grafl, Mag. Alfred Hofmann and Leopold Stehr and which was incorporated in
Plaut Aktiengesellschaft in January 2007.

This strengthening of Plaut’s management forces reflects the strategic
focus of its core consulting work in the field of logistics and also the
important task of expanding consulting activities for small and
medium-sized enterprises. One immediate task in these areas is to structure
new consulting topics and continue and expand activities that have already
been commenced with the necessary intensity. Customer support and
acquisition of new clients are further focal areas of the tasks ahead of
him. Leopold Stehr’s experience from numerous consulting projects for
Austria and Eastern European companies will also be vital as Plaut pursues
its objective of growing its international consulting activity. This
personnel measure means that Johann Grafl, Speaker of the Board of
Directors of Plaut Aktiengesellschaft, will be relieved of the management
functions he had discharged to date at the two Germany companies so that he
can focus on the strategic goal of building and expanding Plaut’s
consulting work in Eastern Europe.
