Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Deutsche Post AG notified us on 20 December 2007 that pursuant to section
20(1) no. 2 of the Umwandlungsgesetz (UmwG - German reorganisation and
transformation act), Deutsche Post Bankbeteiligungsgesellschaft 2 mbH
ceased to exist upon entry of the group internal merger with Deutsche Post
Beteiligungen Holding Bankbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in the register of
the acquiring entity.
Furthermore, on 20 December 2007, Deutsche Post AG, the former parent
company of Deutsche Post Bankbeteiligungsgesellschaft 2 mbH, informed us
for reasons of legal precaution in accordance with section 24 WpHG in
conjunction with section 21 (1) sentence 1 and section 22 (1) sentence 1
no. 1 WpHG in a notification of voting rights by Deutsche Post AG in
accordance with section 24 WpHG in conjunction with sections 21 (1)
sentence 1 and 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG dated 23 November 2007 that due
to the expiry of Deutsche Post Bankbeteiligungsgesellschaft 2 mbH pursuant
to section 20 (1) no. 2 UmwG by way of group internal merger of Deutsche
Post Beteiligungen Holding Bankbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH on 18 December
2007, the share of voting rights of Deutsche Post
Bankbeteiligungsgesellschaft 2 mbH, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, D - 53113
Bonn, Germany, in Deutsche Postbank AG, Bonn, ISIN DE0008001009, through
shares fell below the  notification thresholds of 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%,
10%, 5% and 3% and now amounts to 0.00% (corresponding to 0 voting rights).
