Elanders has signed a contract with Kungsleden AB for the sales of
its property in Kungsbacka.
This is the final step in the Group's process of leaving the
directory market.
Elanders has signed a contract today with Kungsleden AB for the sales
of its property in Kungsbacka. The Group had already divested its
directory operations on 1 February 2007 and they are currently run by
Kungsbacka Graphic AB in these premises. Elanders no longer has any
operations on this property.
The purchase price is calculated at MSEK 111, which entails a capital
gain before and after tax of approximately MSEK 40 and which will
affect profits in 2007.
Take over of ownership of the property is planned for February 2008.
