Proceeds will help BGCOP expand with a goal of serving 10,000 kids. The clubs currently provide programming for 7,000 kids at 24 locations in the Oxnard and Port Hueneme communities. The House of Ten Thousand Dreams is a two-story, 2,800-square-foot, single-family home to be constructed in 2008 in the gated island Port Meridian region of the Seabridge community and includes a 45-foot boat dock and idyllic water views.
The $1 million home includes four bedrooms, a master retreat, a loft, three bathrooms, an optional fifth bedroom and a two-car garage.
