notified us of the following:

'We hereby notify you in accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 17
December 2007 we have exceeded the 3% threshold of the share of voting
rights in Deutsche Börse AG (ISIN DE0005810055), Neue Börsenstraße 1, 60487
Frankfurt/Main. Now our share amounts to 3.51% (this corresponds to
7,012,417  voting rights).

Thereof are 0.002% (3,716 voting rights) to be attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.'
