Three new leases signed for Kungsbron office project

NCC Property Development has signed three new agreements for the leasing of a
total of 3,584 square meters of floor space at the Kungsbron office property in
central Stockholm. The companies will take occupancy in January, March and
August 2009, respectively. The property was previously sold to Vital Forsikring.
The lease agreement will result in a positive impact on earnings, which will be
reported in the fourth quarter of 2007.

Essen International, a design and trademark agency, specialized in corporate and
brand strategies, is to lease 949 square meters on the 11th and 12th floors.
Implement, a consultant in the area of change management, is to lease 590 square
meters on the 11th floor. An additional tenant has signed a lease pertaining to
2,045 square meters.

Leasing agreements have previously been signed with DTZ, which is to take
occupancy on January 1, 2009, and Pressbyrån, which will open its store on
January 1, 2009. The leasing of the remaining premises, ready for tenants in
stages during 2009, is in progress and discussions are under way with several
interested parties.
